Restoration

A person going through the Restoration Process will have 10-12 lessons with two dedicated Restoration coaches. Each lesson is intentional and practical, strengthening the participant's resiliency by helping them bear their own burden and restore their mental and emotional health through God's dissolve approach! Ultimately, this leads to hearing God's still small voice more clearly and more often!

God's Restoration Process

At Winneconne Christian Fellowship, we believe that The Journey in Truth means walking through life with purpose, growth, and companionship—anchored in the truth of Jesus and aligned with God’s heart, ways, and reasons. But we also recognize that to walk this journey well, people need help getting free from the burdens, wounds, and chaos of life so they can hear God's voice, follow His direction, and live boldly in His mission.

That’s where our process of Restoration comes in.

Restoration is how we equip people to experience emotional and mental healing, spiritual growth, and personal responsibility so they can become disciples who make disciples.

The Goal

The goal of Restoration is to restore people to a place of stability and purpose, where they can walk in step with God, live out the words of Jesus, and help others do the same. It’s rooted in Galatians 6, where we’re called to bear our own burdens and also help carry the burdens of others.

The Process

The Restoration process involves 10–12 intentional lessons, guided by two Restoration Coaches who walk alongside each individual. These lessons help people:

  • Bear their burdens on purpose—learning how to take control in the middle of life’s attacks or difficulties

  • Regain clarity and confidence—so they can be emotionally and mentally present

  • Grow as disciples—learning to live the truth with the right what, how, and why

  • Develop into laborers—ready to carry others’ burdens and help them walk their own journey in truth

Why It Matters

In a noisy and broken world, many people feel scattered, distressed, and disconnected—just like the crowds Jesus had compassion on in Matthew 9. While God can heal the body and spirit in an instant, He has given the Church the responsibility of restoring the heart and mind—a process that takes labor, love, and presence.

Restoration is how we answer that call. It’s how we prepare people to hear God’s direction, respond in faith, and live out the Great Commission—not just in belief, but in bold, everyday action.
